With over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, I currently serve as COO Region Europe at LGT Private Banking, where I lead strategic initiatives to drive business and operational excellence, digital transformation, and organizational efficiency across key European markets. My focus lies in modernizing private banking operations to meet the evolving needs of clients and regulatory landscapes. Throughout my 14+ years at LGT, I’ve held several executive roles, including Member of the Executive Board and COO of LGT Bank Ltd., where I was instrumental in streamlining core banking functions, optimizing client lifecycle management, and leading cross-border transformation projects. Prior to that, I oversaw operations, project management, and client data governance — roles that deepened my expertise in the operational backbone of private banking. My earlier career includes consultancy experience at Horváth & Partners, where I advised financial institutions on performance management and process optimization, and operational roles at Credit Suisse, where I managed large-scale process improvements and organizational change. In parallel, I contribute to the financial and public sectors through board mandates in the energy industry and public office roles in regional governance. I also serve as a Lecturer in Law & Economics at the University of Zurich, promoting interdisciplinary thinking in business and finance education. This blend of executive banking leadership, strategic project execution, and governance experience gives me a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing modern financial institutions.
